    The beach is fabulous; however, our unit, #301, was not. The carpeting and furniture were filthy as well as the tile floors. The towels were very dingy with holes. The kitchen was well equipped but again, dirty. Bathrooms are in serious need of updating as well as a good paint job throughout. We have been going to Pelican's Roost for years and this is by far the worst unit we have ever had. Very disappointing.
